How long has the Discovery Assistant been available?

This is a new product. We're currently onboarding our first external customers. The underlying architecture has been running in production for our own discovery process and has been refined over weeks of real conversations.

Can I see a demo before booking a call?

Yes — chat with Jose's Discovery Assistant. It's the same product. The conversation you'd have there is the conversation your prospects would have with yours.

What do I need to provide?

Your services list with pricing, your methodology or signature approach (if applicable), the kinds of prospects you want to attract, content for the knowledge base (or we write it for you as an add-on), and your existing booking link.

What if my business doesn't fit the template?

The template covers the most common service-discovery conversation shape. If your business is genuinely different — a different sales motion, an unusual regulatory context, multi-language requirements — we may need custom personality tuning as an add-on. The discovery call surfaces this honestly.

Can my bot collect payment?

Yes, but that's an add-on (payment / deposit collection in chat). The base offering routes to your booking link, not payment.

What happens if a non-prospect (recruiter, vendor, spam) starts a conversation?

The bot detects this and handles it appropriately — politely declines to engage on irrelevant topics, doesn't waste your time, doesn't notify you. You only see real prospect conversations in your inbox.

Where does my data live?

On Augself.ai infrastructure. Conversation data is yours; we don't share it with anyone or use it for training.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Subscription is month-to-month after an initial three-month minimum (covers setup cost amortization). After that, cancel anytime.

What if I need help after launch?

Light support is included — fixing issues, minor content updates, answering questions. Heavier ongoing tuning (quarterly reviews, A/B testing) is available as a retainer add-on.
